Christian right-wing, it's over! - part 14: website mocks about research that links pornography to "good" Feminism four months before Pornhub launches campaign against violence against women; Christian Conservatism joins to the worst of Feminism

LifeSiteNews, Pornhub Cares with Christy Mack, ending domestic violence against women, porn charity

09/18/2015: excerpts of "Study: watching porn makes you become a fuzzy, sensitive, woman-loving feminist... somehow", by Life Site News

The porn industry must be thrilled. A new study from London's Western University has declared that, basically, watching women get abused, degraded, and beaten up on-screen can make you more feminist. The National Post reported on the study with some glee, in an article titled “Watching porn does not cause negative attitudes toward women, contentious Canadian study finds

(...) At the very least, they say, the study calls into serious question the view that pornography is so damaging that, in one activist's words, it's “what the end of the world looks like.”

He and his colleagues analyzed data from 35 years of the General Social Survey, a government-funded U.S. project that interviews about 24,000 men and women a year on a variety of issues.

They reported in the Journal of Sex Research that the 23 per cent who reported having watched an “X-rated” movie in the previous year were no more or less likely than porn abstainers to identify as feminists, or voice support for the traditional family.

The problems with this study are myriad. As Dr. Gail Dines has already pointed out, the average age of the respondents in the survey is 45—an age that most porn researchers are not paying any attention to in the first place, and cannot be considered “average porn users” by any realistic standard. Consider these chilling statistics, for example:

35% of teen boys say they have viewed pornographic videos “more times than they can count.”

15% of boys and 9% of girls have seen child pornography.

32% of boys and 18% of girls have seen bestiality online.

39% of boys and 23% of girls have seen sexual bondage online.

83% of boys and 57% of girls have seen group sex online.

(...) In a meta-analysis of 46 studies published from 1962 to 1995, comprising a total sample of 12,323 people, researchers concluded pornographic material puts one at increased risk of committing sexual offenses (22% increase in risk) and accepting rape myths (31% increase in risk)

In a meta-analysis of 24 studies conducted between 1980 and 1993, with a total of 4,268 participants, researchers positively correlated rape myth acceptance to exposure to nonviolence or violent pornography.

Among perpetrators of sex crimes, adolescent exposure to pornography is a significant predictor of elevated violence and victim humiliation.

(...) But I'll leave you with one important question to consider: What does it say about our culture when an industry that specializes in the degradation of the feminine, the production of sexual violence, and the celebration of rape has academics that are willing to line up and claim that such material is not harmful—and can even be helpful?

Christy Mack & Pornhub come together to end domestic violence [VIDEO] (by Music Times)

Pornhub Cares About Ending Domestic Violence - Christy Mack PSA (Photo : Screengrab, YouTube / pornhub)

Former adult film star Christy Mack, real name Christine Mackinday, has had to live in the aftermath of a violent physical and sexual assault at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, MMA fighter Jonathan Koppenhaver, a.k.a. War Machine, in 2014. Unfortunately, because of her previous career in the XXX industry, numerous critics and naysayers have downplayed the sexual assault that occurred, because of the "porn stars can't be raped" argument that stemmed from the bowels of the Internet. In 2016, though, Mack is taking a stance and joining forces with the NSFW website Pornhub to bring an end to domestic violence.

This new project is called "Pornhub Cares" and aims to raise awareness and hopefully bring an end to domestic violence. All proceeds from this project go directly to a domestic violence charity of the former porn star's choosing. So how will they raise money? Well, this partnership is producing a clothing line that features Mack in all of her glory, if you catch our drift.

We're not psychic or anything, but we think that this new plan could raise millions for the lucky charity. Wouldn't you like a shirt with Christy Mack on it? It's for a good cause, you guys!

You can watch a video announcement of "Pornhub Cares," featuring Mack speaking about this very personal issue of hers and so many other victims around the world (via UPROXX):

As you probably know, Mack had to undergo plenty of plastic surgery to reconstruct her face after Koppenhaver almost beat her to death. It is believed that if she had not managed to escape, she would've been killed that night in 2014.

Would you be surprised if, in a short term, the human dignity of a porn actress or a former porn actress is associated to Feminism and Liberalism, not some Pink Cross, while those words "there are not rapes of porn actresses" are associated to Conservative Christian thought? Where were the anti-porn when they knew about this case? To them, Christy Mack only would have dignity if she got out the porn industry, what does not mean that LifeSiteNews, and those likewise, think she deserved what happened.

But while the anti-porn Conservative Christians (right-wing until State outlaws what their peasant fat ugly aunts dislike) come together to Feminists who hate sex like Gail Dines, Pornhub performs "good" Feminism, campaigning against the same violence by men against women they say pornography promotes.

We can see here four problems:

1) Feminism in its whole encompasses here the ALMOST ENTIRETY of speeches, even the actions of its self-claimed opponents. Life Site News has articles against abortion and LGBT Movement, but it takes seriously the lesbian feminist activist Gail Dines exactly because she says what the sexually frustrated elderly in the churches want to convince themselves it's true. Porhnub and Christy Mack are defending women's rights, anti-porn Puritans struggle against them in the name of the same women dignity. But porn industry seems to join to the best of Feminism; Christian Conservatism, to the worst. Ah, what would they say if one says that Christianity lowered and killed women for two millenia? They would speak about how Christianity has always been more feminist than Feminism (probably, how a beautiful young lady multiplies her dignity if she does not have sex with men, even more if she does not show her body to them).

2) This particular case can be a sample of the historical logical, intelectual and scientific limitations of the Christian Conservatism and, further, of Conservatives walking side by side with the worst of Socialist militancy in its mental and rhetorical vices, like debasing contrary arguments. In this particular case, if we had a sample of porn male users with an average of 45 years old in the research in 2015, its average in 1995, year of some researches quoted by LifeSiteNews, was 25. Is this something realistic to study pornography effects, Gail Dines and Jonathon Van Maren? But what happened to those cruel rapists of 20 years ago for they to become feminists now? LifeSite lets something escape: "the problems with this study are myriad", "the study calls into serious question the view that pornography is what the end of the world looks like", so, "consider these chilling statistics".

3) Not only there are two groups, the people who denounce the evil of porn sites and the people who seem they had accessed some porn site. Not only the adolescent males who heard the first group will think "how idiocy!" if they saw a porn content after they heard it or "are you kidding me?" if they saw it before. This action by Pornhub can, further than give it a positive image, remind us that their defamers were the same who had spoken, half century ago, horrible things about university, television, theatre, soccer, internet and even others sections within Christianity itself. More than it, those who say themselves anti-Feminists and preach against pornography, prostitution and a alleged feminine promiscuity will consolidate an image of themselves as delirant liars with a Middle Age level stupidity, who can only lie, fortunately, among themselves.

The fourth problem, I will show later. Though I am an Atheist, pro-pornography, pro-prostitution, anti-religion, pro-licentiousness girl, I oppose to Feminism and gynocentrism too. That's why I am worried about this all: Conservative Christians like these can give an image to ANTI-FEMINISM AS A WHOLE as a set of compulsive lies and misinformation from the most backward countryside. Thus, they can lead us to a world where nothing will be publicly debatable, if it's ever intellectually conceived, if it does not benefit women first and foremost or it threats the putrid part of feminine universe. Incidentally, who remembered that "domestic violence" can be by a woman victimizing a man?

To the end, I will repeat a piece of my text "The Puritan-Feminism episode 25..." (http://avezdoshomens2.blogspot.com/2015/09/the-puritan-feminism-episode-25-one.html). I wrote it September 25, 2015, four months ago and, I had not seen it, one week after Life Site News' text, commenting the article "Watching porn does not cause negative attitudes to women, study finds" published at The Independent, September 12, 2015. Now, that fourth problem:

But I wrote in several texts in the last three months that myriads of very ethical and very intelligent persons had been delivered to the socialist militancy by the anti-intellectual puritan Christians until the left-wing governments and militants had shown, recently, that they are able to be even worse, and I wrote on April about how the lies in Christian environment about pornography will bury the Christianism ("Lies that do not work and the truth about pornography: why does not tarry full burial of Christianity", http://avezdoshomens2.blogspot.com/2015/04/lies-that-do-not-work-and-truth-about.html). Fuck! Incidentally, I wrote "The Puritan-Feminism episode 9: some conservative and evangelical women uniting with feminists to censor pornography (and what else?)" (http://avezdoshomens2.blogspot.com/2013/12/the-puritan-feminism-episode-9-some.html) in December 2013, about Gail Dines, mentioned in this article, joining with feminine Christian leaderships in Canada, where those researchers are, to censor porn in internet countrywide as happened in United Kingdom, where the author of this article Alexandra Sims was.

Does it sound boring the "I wrote" in the previous paragraph? Here's the point! How much is the confirmation rate of Conservative Christian analysis about whatever? Incidentally, how about the legalization of pedophilia or the "socialization of the women" which Karl Marx refuted in mid nineteenth century? In that article, there are not surprises to male porn fans, but here is a researcher saying something very similar to tens of serious researches published in the last 20 years at minimum, destroying hoaxes used for decades by Christian preachers and lesbo-feminists as if they had some basis in the reality.

(...) The Socialism will be defeated only with the dissemination of the mental normality and of the individual power. It makes not sense speaking of individual liberties where the individual experience of the sexual pleasure is repressed through the criminalization of the pornography and of the prostitution. And the Christian right-wing will not be a cultural leadership force when a simple girl as I writes something, only by observation of everyday life plus normal reasoning, six years before it happens and they did not even realized what is going on even when it's already happening. The right-wing Christian puritanism is only surviving because and while the leftists can fit it in their own projects. Assuming that porn male costumers, and increasingly more porn female consumers, are liberal, what will we have? The Christian traditional churches will collapse, at least as they were known in 60's. The Conservative wing will collapse with them. The Liberalism will casually discard its more grotesque part, as if it was a stupid error or something "Conservative Christian", and that's all.

GILF Nina Hartley gets an anal

(GILF: Granny I'd Like to Fuck)

The Humanist: You're a self-described radical feminist. Please explain what a radical feminist is.

Nina Hartley: I'm a feminist and some of my ideas are radical, but I'm not a "radical feminist," which occupies its own sub-division of feminist thought. Radical feminists, for all their bloviating and over-intellectualizing about it, really, really just don't like men. Period. Their philosophy boils down to "Men bad. Women good." I reject that notion categorically. Unfortunately, the "men bad, women good" meme has taken hold in the public consciousness and people now think that feminists don't like sex or men, which is bunk.

I'm more a classical liberal feminist: equal pay for equal work, on-site day care, single-payer health coverage, equal opportunity through skills and aptitude instead of gender, generous maternity and paternity leave, and the like. I believe that men and women are both victimized by the patriarchal culture, just in different ways, by different means, for different reasons, and with different results.

I'm well hated in radical feminist circles for the supposed harm I do to women and by the fact that I have sex on camera, both for and with men. I no longer try to talk to them, as I realize radical feminists are just another form of hate group. They really believe that women can't consent to any sexual encounter and I categorically reject that.

The Humanist: Você é uma auto-descrita feminista radical.
